Who we are

Finish Work Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a website and marketing studio based on Florida’s Space Coast. This policy explains what happens to the information you share when you use finishworkstudio.com or contact us. You can reach us at info@finishworkstudio.com or (321) 328-0816.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That’s it. When you fill out a form on this site (the contact form or the free-audit form), we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you provide it)
• Any message or project details you type into the form

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use what you send us to:

• Reply to your inquiry and answer your questions
• Prepare a quote or proposal you asked for
• Do the work you hire us to do, and keep in touch about it

We will not send you marketing email you didn’t ask for, and we will never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Third-party services we use

To run the site, receive your messages, and follow up with you, we rely on a few trusted services. Each one processes your data only to provide its service to us, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Form delivery: our contact forms are processed on our own server, hosted with Hostinger, and delivered straight to our inbox.
• Hosting: this website — and the client websites we build — are hosted with Hostinger, which may log standard technical request data (like your IP address) for security and performance.
• CRM & follow-up: we use GoHighLevel to manage inquiries, send the emails or texts you ask for, schedule calls, and run our follow-up workflows.
• Analytics: we use Google tools (Analytics / GA4 and Search Console) to see how the site is used in aggregate so we can improve it.
• Ad tracking: when we’re actively running paid campaigns, we may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance. It’s only active during those campaigns.
• Security & delivery: we may route traffic through Cloudflare for DNS, faster content delivery, and basic bot and abuse protection.
• Payments: when you pay an invoice or accept a proposal, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

We may add other reputable providers as the studio grows. When we do, we’ll update this list and they’ll be held to the same standard: process your data only to serve you, never to sell it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, like which pages get traffic and where people come from. This relies on cookies and is used only in aggregate to improve the site, never to identify you personally. We don’t sell your browsing data. When we run paid ad campaigns, the Meta Pixel may set cookies to measure those ads; outside of active campaigns it isn’t running.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet normal business and legal record-keeping needs. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
