What could these leaks be costing you?

Missed calls can mean missed estimates. Explore seven places leads can slip away, then use your own call and job numbers to see what might be at stake.

Up to 85% may not call backCallRail's 2025 report says up to 85% of customers whose calls go unanswered do not call back. That is an upper bound across its research, not a forecast for your business.

A missed call can be a sales opportunity.

Count missed calls from potential customers over the last 30 days and estimate what share could become jobs. This separates real opportunity from a dramatic but unsupported claim.

Run your numbers ↓
Missed-call opportunity calculator

How many jobs might missed calls cost you?

Use your own call and job numbers. This is a planning estimate, not a count of guaranteed lost jobs.

Use unique prospective-customer calls when possible. Leave out spam, repeat dials, and existing-customer service calls.

Adjust advanced estimates

50% lost and 25% recoverable are hypothetical starting assumptions. CallRail reports that up to 85% of unanswered callers may not call back; that is an upper bound, not your expected result.

Example only: A contractor misses 10 prospective-customer calls. If half do not call back, 20% of similar answered calls become jobs, and the average job is $3,000, about 1 job and $3,000 could be at risk that month. Actual results depend on call quality and follow-up.

How this estimate works: Missed calls × estimated caller-loss share × your answered-call job rate × average job value. A missed call is an opportunity, not automatically a booked job.

Sources, scope, and how to read these numbers

CallRail's 2025 report analyzed 1.1 million leads and says up to 85% of customers whose calls go unanswered do not call back. That upper bound is not a contractor-specific loss rate. BrightLocal's 2026 review survey covered 1,002 U.S. adults. The web.dev case study describes one ecommerce platform's stores, not contractors, and does not predict your website results. For the calculator, count unique calls from possible new customers where you can, then apply your answered-call job rate as a planning assumption. The 50% caller-loss and 25% recovery starting values are illustrative, not published averages. Outputs are scenarios, not forecasts or guarantees. What is a Digital Growth System?+

A digital growth system connects your website, marketing, lead follow-up, business automation, and reputation management so your business can attract more customers and grow more consistently. It runs in seven connected stages: Attract, Convert, Follow Up, Deliver, Retain, Reviews & Referrals, and Measure. Finish Work Studio designs, builds, and manages it for you.

How much does a website cost in Brevard County?+

Most small-business websites we build run $1,498 to $2,498 one-time during our Launch Special through December 31, 2026 (normally $1,998 to $3,998). A single landing page starts at $498, and optional care plans start at $148/month. Every price is listed up front on our packages page.

How long does it take to launch?+

Most Launch sites go live in three to four weeks, and Growth builds in six to eight, depending on how quickly we get your content and feedback. Individual automations go live in one to two weeks.

What does the free Growth Audit include?+

We review your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, and lead response, then send you a short written report with the three changes most likely to bring in customers, whether or not you hire us.

Do you serve my city on the Space Coast?+

Yes. We are based in Cocoa and work with small businesses across Brevard County, including Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville, Rockledge, Satellite Beach, and Merritt Island. Most work happens remotely, so location is never a barrier.

Do I own my website?+

Yes. Once your project is paid, the site is yours, source files and all. Care plans are optional ongoing support, never a lock-in.

Can you build a custom app, not just a website?+

Yes. We build customer portals, internal tools, integrations, and startup MVPs with modern developer tooling, then hand you the code and docs. Every build is scoped and quoted up front.

What if I already have a website?+

We audit it, keep what works, and rebuild the rest. Many clients come to us because their site gets traffic but produces few inquiries.

What do you need from me to start?+

A conversation. We gather your goals, branding, and any existing content. If you do not have copy or photos, we help with that too.

Ready for liftoff?

Find out where your
customers are leaking out.

The free Growth Audit reviews your website, Google profile, reviews, and lead response, then tells you the three changes that matter most. No pressure, no jargon.
